Tootsie, short for Tootsie Roll, is a 4 year old Sheltie who is adorable. She has seizures sometimes though nobody knows why exactly. She is kind of stupid but still is cute enough. The only thing she knows how to do is jump. Also, she barks nonstop. She is our family pet but when I move into an apartment or house that accepts dogs I will take her :]
