Mugshot (Mugsie) is a 7 year old pure-bred boxer whose pedigree is probably better documented them most people's family tree. He is the son of Challenge and his real name is Challenger's image, he was bred to be a show dog but was sold to one family who kept the big teddy bear in a cage for 2 years. Eventually he fell into our hands and into the freedom of our almost acre of land and we have loved the devil ever since. Mugsie is an extremely, EXTREMELY lovable dog. Don't let his appearance fool you, he is a lover and not a fighter though he is in all actuality a guard dog. He has such a huge heart and capacity to love, he is nothing but a big teddy bear and loves babies most of all. He is very passive, almost impossible to bother and extremely sensitive to the emotions of those around him. Mugsie also loves to eat anything and everything. His list thus far included 4 loaves of bread, 4 large tubs of margarine, 2 bags of cookies, a bag of butterscotch cookies, a dunkin donuts breakfast sandwich, a strawberry banana smoothie, mulch, skittles, the siding off of the house and numerous other items. Mugsie has recently gone through a personal tragedy after the loss of my grandmother and his owner and seems to be changing to his surroundings a bit but ultimately the big bear is being swamped with love to try to help him through what has been painful for us all.
