My cat, Ocean, was the first cat I ever had. She was the queen of the house and disliked the cats we got later. I got her after my sister's eleventh birthday, I was seven. I named her Ocean after Monterrey Bay, the vacation spot for my sister's birthday.
On the 7th of January, 2012, at the age of fourteen, she passed. I miss her more than words could express. I know she's not hurting anymore, but it still hurts.
